You can cancel a transaction on the Orders page of your account. Click on the Cancel button next to the transaction. In urgent cases, contact Ria at request@riamoneytransfer.com. Remember to use the word Cancellation in the subject line of your email. Also, include the order number in your email. Note that cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you’ve already executed the transaction, call Ria’s customer care team at 1-877-443-1399 for help with modifications. If the order has been paid out or the recipient has received the money, Ria cannot modify the transaction.
